If you Google "DOH Free Condoms" you'll find a form online where condoms (internal, external, dental dams, and lube!) will be mailed to your house discretely!
Free STI/STD Testing
if you go to www.getcheckeddc.org you can find walk-in and at-home test kits from the website "You will not have to pay. The DC Department of Health will cover the cost of your lab visit and tests. You do not need health insurance to receive walk-in testing through this program."

After receiving this confirmation, you can go to any LabCorp patient service center in the DMV region. An appointment at LabCorp is not required, but you can make one to avoid waiting. Appointments are often available for the same day."
The DC Health & Wellness Center also provides at-home kits for hiv, chlamydia, and gonorrhea. Note, it does not include syphilis, hep b, or hep c (which you can get at a walk-in test)
Whitman-Walker's STI Clinic (GMHW Sexual Health Clinic) offers free routine, STI testing including a blood draw for syphilis and site-specific testing for gonorrhea and chlamydia. Site-specific means we test for the areas you have had sexual contact with based on your sexual orientation and preferred sexual practices."
